Child Custody and Visitation

When working with parents in custody and parenting time matters, we always strive to find mutually beneficial arrangements. Our team understands the importance of amicable relationships between custodial and non-custodial parents, and prefer to have custody and visitation determined by the parties, rather than the court. Nonetheless, we are prepared to take the issues to a judge if necessary, in order to protect your parental interests.
